Monotype series. Using the engraving technique.

Traces of paint began to appear after each passage, each gesture of pressure, each change in weight. The artist confirms his preference for series, where physicality and the entire use of his body take on an essential role in the creative process. Knowing the principles of this printing technique, the artist experiments with cardboard as a new material to make monotypes of it. A texture that does not allow for very long series, and that proposes a variety of different accidents that interest the artist. A series where the end result was always an unexpected surprise.
